Flyball

There are very few rottweilers running flyball at this time (fall 2006). My experience has been that they tend to learn very fast and enjoy the positive energy of the other dogs and people. If you have >a rottweiler with a strong ball drive, who likes to run and play, this is a good sport for you. Mixed breeds are also welcome. Some clubs are more competitive than others.

Like any dog sport, it can be hard on their body, so take care to get your rottie in good shape and keep him healthy. Flyball is a great way for your dog to get exercise and build endurance.
